Headquartered in Prosperita, Windhoek, with additional regional and satellite offices across Namibia, NWBC delivers end-to-end solutions across the mining, oil and gas, public, and private sectors. With core expertise in welding, building construction, and civil works, the company is committed to delivering quality projects while supporting the well-being of its employees, the environment, and the communities it serves

History & Ownership

Founded over 40 years ago, NWBC remains proudly 100% Namibian-owned and family-managed. The company was originally established by Harold Mouton Snr and is now led by Harold Mouton Jnr, a qualified Civil Engineer with a National Diploma and a B-Tech in Structural Engineering. Underpinned by the values of integrity, sustainability, and excellence, NWBC has built a reputation for long-term leadership in Namibia’s construction industry through ethical business practice, financial responsibility, and strong technical capability.

Leadership & Team

NWBC’s leadership combines decades of hands-on industry experience with qualified technical expertise. The company’s management team is supported by a workforce of more than 200 professionals, including engineers, tradespeople, supervisors, operators, and administrative staff. This broad mix of skills enables NWBC to deliver projects with professionalism, efficiency, and a strong focus on quality across every phase of construction.

Infrastructure & Facilities

NWBC operates from its head office in Prosperita Industrial Park, Windhoek, where it has over 3,000 square metres of office and workshop space. These facilities include modern offices, fabrication and equipment maintenance workshops, secure storage areas, and in-house training facilities to support staff development. Through its regional footprint and satellite offices, NWBC strengthens local project delivery, supplier relationships, emergency response capability, and long-term maintenance support, while maintaining the capacity to deliver successful projects across every region of Namibia.
